Time is an issue for sure but due to the talent transfer aspects of the sport people might not be in the programme for too long before progressing upwards. For me its about getting the framework in place to allow for development of the athletes. I see some athletes joining up at 15 and being there until 20 and some coming in at 21 then up to world cup. If we look at it as an alpine racing discipline we can assume much of the development has already been done and this programme then becomes a discipline specific programme much like an alpine tech or speed programme would.]]></description>
